Service Overview

Know1Number provides a managed emergency communication service. Account holders can register protected persons, maintain emergency contact lists, and configure alerting workflows. The service is not a substitute for 911 or other emergency services.

SMS Program Terms

By checking the SMS consent box during account signup, you agree to receive emergency-related text messages from Know1Number at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include onboarding notices, emergency alert notifications, and operational updates related to an active incident.

Message frequency varies based on incident activity and account usage. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number submitted at signup and that you have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, phone, and emergency contact information. You must not use Know1Number for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or non-emergency mass messaging purposes.

No Emergency Services Guarantee

Know1Number attempts to facilitate communication, but delivery and call completion depend on carrier, network, device, and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee message delivery, call connection, or response by any emergency contact.
